You can plan to visit this part of the city wen returning from Alfama, or walking from Rossio, trough downtown. If its  lunch time you can try one of the new restaurants in the square, with its sunny terraces and options for all tastes. If you want to opt for a historic restaurant in the city, enter Martinho da Arcada (a favorite spot of the writer Fernando Pessoa).
